Pesto Pizza with Chicken

& Tomatoes


12" par-baked pizza dough

3 ounces pesto

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

1/2 pound shredded Mozzarella

1 pound cooked, shredded chicken

2 Roma tomatoes, sliced in 1/4 " rounds


Preheat oven to 450˚F.

Spread pesto on pizza crust, up to 1/2 "

away from the edge. Sprinkle Parmesan

on top. Spread shredded chicken on top.

Place tomatoes on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle Mozzarella on top of tomatoes.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, rotating as

necessary to ensure an even bake.
