4 large, ripe tomatoes
1pound Caputo Caprese Cut Mozzarella
1 handful of fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Slice tomatoes into 1/4" thick slices.
Alternate tomato and mozzarella slices.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish
with a chiffonade of basil. Drizzle with
extra virgin olive oil.
